As goods are faulty as in damaged
Your covered under the sales of goods act
Your entitled to a full refund or replacement
Some shops its 14 days or 30 days
By law they cant refuse you a full refund or replacement if goods are damaged


When your purchase goods from a shop or online it don't matter if you opened as you have the right to inspect the goods after you receive this applies to all purchases from all retailers and all online sales including private sellers

HMV.ie sent a courier to collect my 2 damaged copies. Gave me a refund before collection.
Superb service. Zavvi could learn a trick or two from HMV.
Actually got more back on the refund than I paid in the first place. Thanks to the Euro going down again.!!
I hope the Euro continues to have it's problems. Makes buying in Euros a cheap option.
And makes my holiday cheaper too!!

In regards to the Euro getting weaker against Sterling I hope your wish don't come true
In fact I hope the Euro gets lot stronger against Sterling and USA Dollar
As I import a lot from UK and USA

The brits shouldnt be allowed to order in Euro. Especially when there's a UK site.


Or if you do, the Euro prices should change back to the equivalent in GBP. Like Zavvi does for us.

It's a serious fault in HMV'S system and I'm sure they must be out hundreds of euros in sales with all the brits snapping up copies from the Irish site. No wonder they closed their doors already.

Worked out at approx £13 .40 each including delivery when I first ordered. Really annoyed both copies were scratched. But got back about 70p more in the refund. All I need to do now, is pick one up for £12.50 in the 2 for £25 sale soon.

Just bought it from the Manchester store, asked the guy at the tills, to see if he had any copies without security crap on and yes they had about 8 behind the counter, brilliant stuff.

Picked this up a few days ago and really happy with it - not the greatest steel admittedly but they done the best they could with the title.

Really surprised at how much I enjoyed the film - expected a live action Team America but it was far less gung-ho than expected.

Also - if anyone is considering buying this but hasn't seen it yet here's the Ultraviolet for your appreciation - just reply when taken so everyone isn't trying to use the code forever more.
