MY copy was procured on 29 Nov 2009 at a cost of $29.99 CAD and has the red label reading Future Shop Exclusive.
I hope you didn't spend more than $50
I think shipping from Canada is already $50.From the way things seem to be panning out, that sticker/label is worth $100!

As somebody stated before, the "exclusive" stickers used to be put in in store. These heave come from the FS warehouse and FS doesn't put those stickers on anymore. Also if you're questioning if this is a reprint, IT IS NOT. These have the clear tape/sticker on top of the steel that FS used to have. They now have the cardboard on the top
Oh well.
As well, not all ones from 2009 had them. When I got mine ... it wasn't there. It's only until I started seeing them on eBay that I realized there was a red sticker. Big deal. as BB says, there are no re-prints of these.

Not taken that way. Just trying to keep everyone informed that what you are getting from eBay or otherwise is the real deal.

A couple up on ebay now for fairly decent prices, just got one for $50 CAD (£30), happy to have finally snagged one of these at a decent price!

If you read back a few pages,you will see this has been confirmed by other members,as not being a reprint
Didin't the first release have a large Future Shop sticker on the front, talking about digital copy for psp, pc, mac, ipod.. Now these releases have the small white stickers in the front? Unless they found a big old box of dead stock. The first ones I seen people talk about were in BC, the ones I seen today were in Ontario...Either way its does not matter, just make sure if you are buying it you don't pay too much for it..If you read back a few pages,you will see this has been confirmed by other members,as not being a reprint
I do not own this steelbook,and have no desire too.but it's been stated a few pages back about the old school tape which is used on these steelbooks being on the A&D,which are currently being sold in certain futureshop stores.they have not used this kind of tape for a good while now.so I agree with the big old box,found in the back of a warehouse theory
Sounds good to me, I picked one up cause I don't think I ever seen the extended version of this movie. I hope they find a big box of old Iron Man steelbooks in that warehouse.. haha..
The main problem here now - is that maybe some greedbayers out there will re-shrinkwrapped their previously viewed Steelbook copy and resell it as NEW at high cost Mine got the coveted "Futureshop Exclusive!" Sticker

Not really - the question is How Real of a Deal it is? if:
1. No Made In Mexico mark at the back of the steelbook(one indication of re-shrinkwrapped) ?
2. No "Futureshop Exclusive!" sticker?

That is a typically FutureShop sticker for what they release right now. The red sticker won't be on these since they were put on after the fact. My "original" doesn't have one since not all stores stuck them on when it first came out.
I'll scan and upload when I have a moment. That and the tape on the top are what to look for especially for eBay sellers. If they can't provide that, then it is most likely re-shrink wrapped by the owner.
