Anyone know any comic book artists?

I'm looking for someone that can work in the style shown in the picture. Me and my writing partner are looking to get some comics made up. This is the cover of the first one-shot we did but the artist that did the work is too lazy and slow for our taste...

We want someone that's good and that can turn pages in on time... We do pay, not professional scale, but we do pay. If you know anyone that can work in this style let me know...

Yeah, i've seen some software, but I'm really looking for someone that can do hand-drawn work... And that's not me. haha..
