Think this is the first title from Warner to receive an embossed treatment. Maybe they are still in learning phase. For sure this smokes the FS release (already smoked, have a look at the auctions) but to each their own.

Embossing, glossy finish, both cuts and reasonably priced mainly for importers.

Yeah. I can't remember Warner ever going for the "Paramount finish" I.e. super high gloss finish before. 10,000 bc and Sweeney Todd were metallic gloss but yeah first embossed from them. We'llignore tht whole white wave mess up they did. First of many like this I hope,

This totally blows finding nemo out of the water. this is proper gloss.

My futureshop version got lost in the post and Royal Mail recently refunded me £44.05 so in a way I'm pleased as this looks better than the Canadian steel. I love the emboss and even better that extented cut is included. I'm sure Canadian version was just normal.


Hopefully the town steel is of the same excellent quality as Ill then re-order it

Also received my Argo SteelBook today, but massive scratches on the front beneath the shrinkwrap!

I'm getting a little annoyed at Zavvi, and the last three SteelBooks I've received have all been scratched!

Lovin' this release and glad I skipped FS one when it came out, FS is lagging behind these days, dunno when was the last time they released something that was special, I guess since VMP and the that's about it really, even Looper Lenti is so-so and that came out end of 2012

Got mine today, will post some photos later.

As this was posted on Wednesday and arrived today, I'm hoping The Town steelbook will be with me tomorrow as that was posted yesterday.

You've probably noticed too, but this steelbook has 2 age certificate stickers on the front, which I think can easily be removed, I've left mine on for the moment but other photos on here show they have been removed.

This is a great film too, hope you all enjoy it if you haven't seen it yet.

Just got mine,the embossing is nice but on comparing with my FS version it feels a little flimsy & the print quality on the FS version is superior.

At the price you can not complain though.well done warner

Because FS release I think has a DVD copy which makes the Steelbook feel a bit heavier.

Especially since the FS version sold for over £30 on eBay about a month ago! Hahaha, I'm so happy we get the opportunity to own it over here. Thank you Warner and Zavvi!
