Chip, sadly I have to agree...it just reminds me of the 'Triple Banner' inclusion, and the strange looking Touchstone Steels. Enough already...we know it's a Blu-Ray...leave the designs clean...ugh....

I just don't understand what they are thinking with the damn banners. The regular blu banner with the logo like they have on the older ones is the best. No reason to change it to something with curves. It just doesnt fit.

Same here. I'm d/l the D.Theater torrent because they haven't given this film a proper release. The film saved Tom Arnold's career, according to his recent comedy special. You should check out the special if you have the chance. He tells great stories.

I still do not get it why they print a blu-ray banner on the top, aswell as one in the corner of the front of a steelbook.
Combined with a massive load of text on the back, this is - in my opinion - just not the 'meaning' of a steelbook.

I ask myself what the designer think while designing those SB?
"Yeah, nice, another banner! LOOKS GREAT! Mooooar text, awesome! yay! This is gonna be my best work EVAR!"

I already pre-ordered this one a long time ago, but I cancelled it as there seems to be more banners, logos and text than anything else on this steelbook.
