The reason why your Arrival FAC Order from FA was not getting ready to be shipped out is because FA were having Technical issues.
It has now been resolved as it seems they are starting to ship their orders.

Just asked FilmArena about the price differences on this releases. I paid 1.492CZK, ordering directly from their site. I think their reply is really... well... take a look yourself:

Are they mob bosses? It's shameful that they talk to customers that way— and the fact they're not native English speakers doesn't excuse this.

Also, regular customers don't get "special prices and discounts". They pay the "normal" (and still extremely high) prices, while non-regular customers get to pay even more.

Someone mentioned somewhere that the order price was lower than the actual charged price on dispatch...No price promise with FA

Actually, something like that happened to me...Ordered at a price with free ship then FA sent me a bill with an upped price and no free shipping...Told them to stuff it where the sun doesn't shine

Yeah, her reaction doesn´t surprise me, I´ve got similar email a while ago when I expressed my opinion/complain about their pricing. She said - because they are originators of those editions, they have a right to determine its prices . And that´s it, nothing more to it, just like that, arrogant and selfish .

They really have some very beautiful releases indeed (Jurassic Park, Warcraft), but their customer servise and "non-regular user-unfriendly" system of preorders put them a waaay down in my eyes that I would almost dare to say they disgust me, and as I can see on this forum more and more, Im defo not the only one .

What is most funny though, is that in some of their unboxing videos they saying that they really doing it for collectors hearts, but to me it´s profit what keeps them running in a first place. Don´t tell me they doing it for us, when I see how "popular" are their latest slips for Logan or Creed for example

Almost saying. If this is your first time buying from us we will penalize you. If you have bought from us before we will maybe give you a discount. Our products are special and we can do what we want.

I loved FAC when i was collecting them but this is insulting.
