i recieved my HK edition today and it is confirmed A+B on disc 1 and it plays on my region B player

i believe out of all the versions of this steelbook,this is the only one that is region B compatable

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Hong Kong version and the Korean version besides the price?
Hong Kong - $72.99
Korean - $46.99
I have the Korean one on the way.
