I think either they will all be black or all purple. I doubt that Scanavo will make different variants of a color of a SteelBook just for the different Asian countries. Take a look at the IM2 SteelBooks (exception for Japan
).
Guys be very wary of Play Asia. Many people (myself included) purchased Iron Man 2 from them only to never receive it. They all apparently shipped on 5th October. We are all receiving emails threatening NOT to help us if we decide to file a claim with Paypal. I for one do not like being threatened or blackmailed. I honestly believe the Steelbooks were NEVER shipped and they simply do not wish to give our money back. I will NEVER use them again. Please folks be careful of this company.

I always use yesasia.com not playasia though I've heard only good things of play asia until this.
heard they mail it in a bubble mail package...better ask for them to at least wrap it good.
they don't seem to care if it's already damaged either,they'll still sell it either way..ton of people have being ordering from k2dvd because of playasia's lack of card board protection

This release is now confirmed to have that purplish look and pictures have been posted on other forums confirming this.
