It's disappointing but more of a pain in the butt since I combined this with Tale of Two Sisters. I requested Kimchi to cancel my original order of Tale of Two Sisters so now I will have to reorder Tale of Two Sisters.

Maybe its an unlucky experience but I wont be trying again.

If it was Amazon people would be equally as hard on them.

Due to one man brigade, I am yet to receive my missing Tangled copy. If this was eBay I am sure the same set of people showing soft spot won't refrain from leaving a negative feedback or opening not arrived case to get the money back.

I am almost glad my order got canceled, my family members probably want Christmas gifts this year and $50 back in my pocket is a good thing this time of year. It looks like a great release, but I was pretty much just caught up in the hype

They almost gave me a heart attack at Kimchi! I've ordered mine a long time ago, with other releases! They have sent me the same email you guys got, but I got another email later on telling me my copy would be shipped with my other steels! Phew!

Personally I love that KimchiDVD ships their releases internationally. I also love the steels they've been putting out and how they get the community involved with art choices... For those reasons alone, I wouldn't boycott them. Not for such a small mistake, anyway. Most of their releases put this matte Avatar steel that you can certainly live without (the HK one is still available minus the ugly slip) to shame.
