I hate it when they announce something months and months and months in advance and you don't here anything. And they put out a brand new movie (john wick right away) don't get me wrong love john wick.

This is a godsend for me because I bought several of the superhero exclusives on ebay but didn't ever get this because it was rumored Nova might release this and they told me about a month ago it wasn't cancelled but didn't commit to any date of release.

Film was okay, can't say its one I consider revisiting often.

The whole reason Avengers Assemble worked is because it was built up bit by bit in the movies before.. This however ever was like a one shot movie. Nothing in the phase two movie slate really contributed except for one post credit scene. A throw away line or glimpse of the Ultron program in Iron Man 3 could have been enough at the very least. Nope. There isn't even much world building for Infinity war except for a few infinity stones here and there.

This is still a thing? Sweet! I haven't picked up the Blufans one yet as there is no proper Avengers 1 Blufans release to go with it (sorry Mondo fans but they've got to match!) and I LOVE the Nova exclusive for Avengers 1 so I'll probably be picking this up!

The Blufans lenti design was too similar to the steel design for me and their full slip design would look cool as a steelbook so I'll be watching this one closely

I happy with my BluFans release as it looks great together with NM's Avengers. I do wish Nova would pick up more Marvel WEA steelbooks and maybe even bring us a decent exclusive Iron Man 3 or Thor: The Dark World.
