Think u can only send back if return the zbox too. Sadly I opened mine up and used as presents. Only good thing is I'm part of a group buy to get the USA version with title on side and then I'll put disc from ours in it

If it's just the steelbook, then yes you can but you will have to pay to return it. Not sure what happens if you bought it with the Z-box

Looks can be deceiving. It looks to me it was opened. Ask the guy/gal to make a few pics without the plastic wrapper or just ask if it's matte finish with debossing or embossing
