yet their teams & conditions remain the same - still doesnt explain why my 2 were cancelled without warning, I didnt have any others on order.

If people have multiple accounts it's fairly straightforward to pick out the same IP address. For anyone in that position they can't complain, and I wish this happened more often.

However, anyone not in that position has my sympathy. Personally, I would then make a point of cancelling other orders rather than do nothing.

I still think it's a s**t steel though.

They can't even Con troll their own website . If there is an employee that could find two identical ip addresses I think they already would have been poached by nasa so aid nasas send monkeys to Mars program

One for brother (uses mine as I get cash back, plus he can't be arsed )
Two for foreign friends who I get a bundle of steels then ship as can't guarantee the safety of zavvi.
