Im sure the Council of Zavvi defenders have called an emergency meeting as we speak to quickly carve out as many excuses as possible for this huge f-up. Manufacturing mistakes? Inventory mishap done over by computer systems? Human error? Arent we all human and allowed one mistake? Blame it on Disney? Bring on the excuses...

What's even more shocking is that I'm seeing people who ordered this with the zbox as it was the only way to get your hands on it, they have been charged and received the box of crap and now had there one and only avengers steelbook canceled

Hmm my "opinion" is that maybe loads are damaged, either bad or broken lenti's so they have had to cancel a ton of them. Can't see it being because of a small print run as Zavvi would have proudly promoted that and likely charge us more lol
