If I was WeET I'd seriously inquire with the steelbooks supplier, or the people involved in the handling process...

Surely better to catch the issue in time and delay the release of a steelbook with obvious defects - something that should have happened recently with STAR WARS V: THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

Yes, surely. But you know what's even better? Not having to delay anything... now that is optimum. Let's not forget these are premium retailers asking for premium money. They should be striving to provide a premium service not just gloss.
For you, catching defects before they're shipped out to clients may equate to a premium service. For me, that should just be standard procedure, there's nothing premium or upscale about that. Now, getting things right most of the time, that may have to pass as premium, but Weet have been having these issues for what? 3-4 releases now? That doesn't even come close to "getting it right most of the time".

The Ambassador has spoken ^^ :sing::notworthy:

I think you're too used to FAC's style of working since their releases are 90% WWA so steelbook related QC issues must be uncommon! :p This is WEA territory bro, nothings ever straight forward and especially right now so chill ya' beans :chill pill: Good things come to those who wait, my young padawan ;)

Ok, let me ask you this then. What other player/s in the WEA territory has/have had their last 3-5 releases consistently delayed due to QC issues?

This one's easy, any and all of them. Difference being some retailers are straight forward and communicate the reason behind the delay. Others do not.

You're welcome.

do you really think they control every steelbook ????
I think they know that most of us don't open it
I think you're asking me again. I don't know what Weet do... I doubt they control every steelbook.
If Weet are feeling the heat maybe they should pass that on to Scanavo. It's not my problem. I want quality ON TIME.
Yes, occasionally, things can go wrong. But it must not be the norm.

The worst thing is how most of you are fine with it. Why? Because you don't want a damaged product? Guess what, neither do I!!
I just want it on time too. Why can't I hold the retailer to their own release date? Am I not cool if I do?
