Got emailed back in a couple of days. They will send a new sealed steelbook, the old one I dont have to return but unfortunately it is not possible to get a full SEALED package.
I suggest everyone to open it because 99.9% is screwed.

So when you email your pictures of the scratched steelbook to weet they will email you back ?

Btw replacement steels are not manufactured yet but I requested one. I was crying during the process of opening it but at least I could enjoy in ad-ons haha

I think wanting a request is good, because that’d mean that the resellers buyers can market he request, but the way the request should go is they simply take a picture of the packaging (if sealed) and the card with the number on it. Tha’td keep them from getting fake/duplicate requests, while accommodating ebay buyers.

I got a reply from them as well, but when I asked if they needed my address (since I got my copy off ebay) they replied they will just use the address on their site. I am already a member on their site, but I don’t know if this means they will check and see if I ordered directly from them or not.
