If you are based outside UK using Zoom UK is very slow delivery to EU address can take over 4 weeks and I had to get majority of my orders re-sent due to non delivery

If you are based in the UK delivery times are OK

Can't say I've experienced this myself personally. My last order (Trainspotting 2) came fast enough. About the same time as Zavvi.

I guess I've been lucky so far?

Maybe they have sorted out shipping issues as there was lot's of problems with slow deliveries and orders not been delivered with lot of customers based in EU outside the UK a few members posted about it

My last order was Groundhog Day back in January 2017 and all my previous orders was slow delivery and I they had to resend all except 1 order

For once after a while im excited for a UK release. Its above the rest at the moment from the rest thats out their so far.

does zoom ships out of the UK?

Zoom ships to the UK and other European Union countries.
I heard that zoom was not that great, poor customer service and shipping in plain bubble mailer..

I've never received items in anything but cardboard mailers (thicker stock than Zavvi's white boxes for steelbooks) or proper boxes (when ordering multiple items), but I also recall that (at least) customers in the UK have sometimes received items in bubble envelopes. I hazily remember that they improved their packaging for steelbooks after receiving complaints.

Luckily I haven't had the need to contact their customer service department yet ;)
