I don't recognise the one above but it looks a bit like the U.S. edition ?
Been a while since I've seen a printed back on a steelbook - or maybe that's the data card stuck to the back of the steel ?
Without that coloured back and black all over with that front image I'd certainly buy it though
I'd say it's no worse and maybe even a darn sight better than the FACE/OFF steelbook we are going to be offered in the U.K. although those of us that have pre-ordered it will have to wait almost a month to appreciate its 'artistic subtleties'
There is clearly only one edition of this film on steelbook worth paying decent money for (as in more than 20 quid) and it's neither the Zavvi nor the one above but I believe the steelbook in question may no longer be available . . .

I cancelled my 'BttF' steelbooks but nevertheless nice to read one of the few positive comments about them !

I think the steelbooks look ok, not great...not awful (as I have seen far worse steelbooks). The only thing that annoys me is the spine of Back to the Future, why are the Blu Ray Logo and Universal logo sooo low res / poorly printed when compared with II and III

Those pro quality photos are a pleasure to view and I'm thinking that these steels aren't half bad in reality.
Love the inside art and back art and it's clever what they did with the title !
I can see that these make a fine matching set
Not that sorry I cancelled my order which was in truth more a financial decision than anything else as there are a few other steelbooks this month which take priority over these and I will pick up all 3 in a less crowded month . . . hopefully.

My 2nd order of part 3 arrived today. Have to wait until wednesday to claim a lost parcel for the first sent. I ended up spending more on these than i planned lol

I ordered all 3, i had only two copies of Part one arrive, part three never showed up.
So i sent back one of the doubles i had, and reordered part two and im waiting on a refund for my double i sent back.

So part 3 never turned up so i reordered it, i have to wait until wednesday when its been 14 days until i can claim my money back. Its been a nightmare lol

I really like them, much better than the weird pop art style trilogy set.

Sure they could have been better but I will be all over these when they become a little cheaper (as my personal budget has recently fallen drastically )

They definatley look good in hand i think, im glad i went for these and not the trilogy set, i think i will pick up the 30th anniversary amaray at some point for £14 as it has the extra bonus disc

The silver bars didnt need to be there but it doesnt take away from how cool they look together.

Although nice I decided to return mine.. while i did like the front images I was just not overall happy with spending the amount of money on them and the silver borders were annoying, did not like the black spine and cheap looking silver edges above and below the spine .. not to mention the lovely slash I found across the title of part 1 lol.. so I've joined the Target edition GB instead which will have the extra disc and three films in the one steelbook for around the same cost.

I cancelled nearly all my back to the future pre orders including the Italy Steelbook and Canada Flux Box Set
To many releases in Oct
I have other box sets on order and some are must have releases and new not already in my collection while the rest can wait till another time and price drops
I already have the previous trilogy on Blu-ray

I'm now only keeping these pre orders
1)Target Trilogy Steelbook pre order keeping for 2 reasons love the artwork and includes the bonus disc I don't already have
2)Back to the Future Visual Book

The Zavvi Steelbooks are average looking and could have been amazing if same attention to detail had of been done like it was with the Jurassic park Steelbooks

Many complained that the art was bad before release, now in hand they are still complaining because they are matte finished rubbish. Zavvi 1 customers 0!

Wonder how many of those that received them will return them for a refund! lol

No idea what film you watched but i always thought the transfers for all 3 films was superb considering their age.
