Yeah, I realized that this was the German translation for Back to the Future. Just saying that some translations are similar to their original meaning, like Das Ding for example. I love German steelbooks

As a matter of fact it is a word to word translation which does not happen that often....

I believe they did a great job of translating it....

Some movies have nothing similar to the English title...i can think of one right off the hat , but i did see one the other day , and i though what is the title in English

I love the franchise, but come on; they deserved a better steel treatment than this. I mean like just having the “Flux Capacitor" on the cover for the first one would have been more innovative. Definitely a pass for me.

I agree, this cover art isn't that unique. I think that is the problem with most of the Back To The Future releases.

It kind of looks like the BTTF DVD Steelbook from Thailand. I think there might be some more releases with that cover art but I'm not sure.

I wouldn't mind this as a G2 bluray cover with the title being embossed, that'd be sweeeet

I like the art on these, straight from the old VHS versions my dad still has kicking around somewhere. I do wish these had English titles though, but since they are German releases you can't be too mad about it. Sadly I'll just pass on them. Saves me a few extra dollars at least.
