Im on my second one received from zavvi all bashed up and damaged if the first time was not bad enough to a get second time is a joke and the way they pack it is just plain lazy.

that why I´ve stopped ordering from them pretty much completely (except for an odd bargain now and then)
THEY SIMPLY DON´T CARE.. and never will.. I´ve had it with their customer service giving me the runaround and the same old excuses and non helpful copy&paste replies

most of their "exclusives" you can get from many other non-UK retailers anyway.. and often for half as much with much better service

I know not all others are perfect either.. but most will be much more helpful if they´ll eff up and I honestly haven´t had any other retailer shipping a HUGE 2 kg boxset in a bubble envelope

Not only zavvi i had had issues with plenty with various amazons also more usa everything they send is in a bag. Big box sets etc. I have never seen such large bags. My last two orders with amazon was in bags.

Wish my sets turned up like that have had two sets sent from zavvi and packing is crap, they are saying they are not going to send anymore as can't guarantee the if next will.be the same.
