Love it, I know its not what people wanted in line with the Burton films but I'd of much preferred this art work

Thank you for adding the artwork Noodles, I'm on my mobile and trying to upload images isn't easy haha.

No problem buddy... I have the same problem with my phone too. Thanks for posting the link. :)

Artwork looks nice IMO. Although, I would have preferred it to match the others with the Bat symbols.

Thanks for the pic Noodles. Not keen on that artwork, it would have been way better to have a full matching set!

If it stays like that, then what will Batman & Robin look like?

If the French editions are to be believed, then 1, 2 and 4 have the logos, but 3 has the picture of Kilmer. That is just madness. I'd have rathered either just the Batsymbol design, or the theatrical poster art, not a combination of the 2.

Check out the Batman & Robin thread, Noodles posted a pic of the artwork.

Having Kilmer on the cover puts me off collecting the whole set now. I would even have been persusded to get batman & robin if they all featured the logo.

tbf Zavvi did put up the wrong art work for BB and TDK so it might not be 100% confirmed until Amazon amend their listing. Again though I'm happy with this artwork if it is what we'll be getting :)

Won't happen, I've never known Warner Bros. to change their artwork once it's been confirmed, even when people are not happy!

Is Wreck in with the WB folks?

You'd think that even WB would stay consistant in this case. Why would you make 1 out of 4 look odd, especially the third? I could almost understand it if it was part 1 or 4, but 3?

Wreck is mainly involved with the suppliers of the SBs e.g. play.com (RIP) and Zavvi. With Wrecks hard work and help the retailers have influenced the studios on key decisions before e.g. play.coms Iron Man release and Watchmen etc. Paramount Studios are great for keeping the collectors happy.

Warner Bros. however are known to stand firm on their artwork, I hope they can take a leaf out of Paramount Studios books because they really go to town on their SBs, embossing, debossing, gloss finish. They're the perfect studio for SB releases.
