The steelbooks look identical but the second printing has a slightly purple-y tint to it (commonly referred to as 'wurple'!). The slips are different too, first release is plain grey and the second release has some faint images on it (bats on TDK, can't remember what Batman Begins has). All this wave of Korean steels have a wurple version

Finally got a copy of this and it is definitely the Steelbook to own obviously along with Japanese version. I actually think both the white and wurple look pretty sweet, the white for the contrast and the wurple because it is unique and because the joker wore a purple suit so it sort of works.

That's the Japanese one and it's open. The price is about right I'd say.
