Mine too because of that "discount code" on hduk which caused play.com to go down on Monday. My transactions for another blu ray went thru but didn't get confirmation so battle royale hasn't gone thru. And now have to send three copy's of another blu ray back! Said its happened to loads of people. Also said they will hold BR for 10days before releasing it.

so what can i do? i defo have more than enough money on my wirecard, refreshed my details twice, and it comes again "card declined". i tried to buy diffrent stuff from other shops and theres no problem.. amazon.co.uk, zavvi etc all works fine only play.com makes trouble...(i didnt used any voucher btw and i ordered before items from play.com with same wirecard without any problems)
