I just went in to request more points, after 2 purchases last night, and they deleted my prior points stating expired. Did this happen to anybody else?

I think they started deleting them after a certain time. I know I lost some last year.

They reset your account and any remaining points every February.

You must be a silver member than because they wipe out any points not used.

well that wouldn't show up as rewards points for another 30 days so you should be safe

Yeah, but with the 100 points they deleted. I would have had the 250

Now that I think about it, yes, I've been for 3 years

I never really had problems with points because I never really had any and when I did I'd use them right there asap.

that sucks. i just recently got the BB RZ card.

i like my target card better though 5% off which comes out to a better deal.

edit: just checked my points balance. and the wiped them clean!!!!
