The image at the top of this page is the official one. The other seems to have been placeholder art that Arrow used to announce the title in their catalogue
I do so much bitching about seemingly every release that comes down the pipe these days, that I'd just like to take a moment to commend Arrow on their choice of cover art. Couldn't be more perfect.
That said, the title on the spine is laid out a little funky, and there's still the question of back and inside art...

Earlier this year I ordered Knightriders from arrow for £12.99, Amazon were £16. On day of release Amazon were £12.49.
But by that time I'd had the discs for 2 weeks as Arrow do tend to dispatch early.
This is avaliable on amazon now and is priced at £16.42

Odd. It appears to be "Temporarily out of stock", but you can still add to your basket and it goes through like a normal order. This is unusual for an Amazon pre-order page, as it's usually either a placeholder (notification only), or sold out (greyed-out button)
Their system thinks that it's released and not a pre-order. It'll sort out eventually, but expect e-mails apologising for not having a dispatch date, or apologising for a date change when it goes back to being a pre-order.
Not for me if they are still sending in jiffy bags
I wasn't sure who to pre order with, arrow were the cheapest but I had read that they send steelbook's in a jiffy bag, so I emailed them a few days ago to ask them what they use, I got a reply within 2 hours (I would say from that, they have good customer service) they told me that they wrap steelbook's in bubble wrapped card then put that into a jiffy bag.
This was enough for me personally to give them a go as I've not used them before. I hope it goes smoothly as this is an amazing steelbook that I really want to arrive undamaged.

Pre-ordered at Arrow website. Hoping for a glossy finish which is the only way it is going to look like the mockup image posted in the OP.
