Mine is still at Preparing for Dispatch from Saturday
Debit Card shows pending Transaction
I expect pre-order price promise and they better ship by An Post not Royal Mail as I am in Rep Of Ireland
I was expecting this to be delivered Tomorrow Tuesday
I now don't know when I will have Delivery
Mines was dispatched on Saturday I think, so will probably not get it until the end of the week/early next week now.
If yours was dispatched on Saturday you should have it Tomorrow Tue

If they used Royal Mail complain to them
Rep Of Ireland Amazon are to use An Post not Royal Mail for any sold by Amazon stock items
This does not apply to marketplace Sellers they use Royal Mail
Well the last couple of orders I've had from amazon have taken a bit longer to come than usual, must go back and look at who they used for postage.
I have had this argument with Amazon (since my Pacific Rim took nearly 2 weeks to come by Royal Snail!) I told them my future orders are to be handled by An Post and Amazon told me they have no control over what carriers are used for each order.
Still waiting for my BTILC preorder to process so should be getting it at this price then!

I just been onto them there is a problem with dispatch causing a delay
They also told me the same before about An Post
Its supposed to be a auto process which carrier they use
I was told I can expect dispatch in next 24 hours and they have requested it be speeded up at the fulfilment dept
I suspect they did not have enough stock to dispatch to all customers on sat or sun
I also asked them about the price drop
was told if I don't get it to contact them after I get dispatch email and they will refund the difference

Should I get it for the £14.92 as my preorder is only 'getting ready for destpatch' now? I have no proof that it actually was at £14.92 as I didn't see it at the time.

Actually, I just looked at my order again, and when I ordered it I got it for £13.58 (plus £3.12 VAT) so total was £16.70
I take it that £14.92 was BEFORE VAT is added? So I probably ended up getting the better deal to begin with??

They were not too happy when i requested a price check on my order, they came back with this line

Well that can't be right. Surely that defies the whole point of the 'price promise' guarantee in the first place??
They must've gotten confused and didn't realize it was a pre-order item you were referring to.
I'll wait and see if the automated pre-order refund kicks in before contacting customer support

Note its best if you have the original email when you placed your order and its shows the Pre-order Price Guarantee
I kept my email so if they try to not give me at lower price I will make sure they do
My order still listed as preparing for dispatch (Pre-order Price Guarantee should be applied )but I won't know for sure what price I finally get charged until I get a dispatch notice

my copy arrived today... damaged. will have to send this back to arrow.
it's a pity their shipping department forgets about safe packaging every two months or so... my copy came along with one of the last "zombie flesh eaters" steels (which is luckily mint) in an insufficient cardboard sleeve envelope, after safe in bubble wrap shipment in the last months...
