I'm surprised this hasn't sold out yet
I've miss Marvel steelbooks by minutes after they gone live and I didn't even know about this one, must of been lucky.
Has it only just gone live?, my time is 8:37

They tend not to sell out very fast now, Guardians Vol 2 still has the 3D steelbook available, as does the 4K pre-order for Thor: Ragnarok. And the 3D will likely come back into stock once cancellations are processed.

You know the drill ninjas.
Pre order now, be upset when the artwork is revealed, then cancel in favour of Blufans.

Or not cancel and own Blufans in addition.

And the lenti Kimchi's.

And the WWA Nova boxset.

And the FAC maniacs box.

And zavvi version #2 with a lenti not in line with artwork.

And the re-releases in 2 years.

And cry.

Apart from the point that the two steelbooks should be priced the same now and in the future (£24.99) - to encourage more early adopters . . . after glancing at the available posters I'm getting a "Daredevil" artwork feel for this steelbook.
. . . and don't think any one of these 3 single images would look half bad on the front:-

As for one of the most famous posters for this film (2017): the image of the co-founder of the militant Black Panthers (1967), Huey Newton, once seen cannot be unseen:-

. . . but should be remembered that Stan Lee's Black Panther comic-strip pre-dated the Black Panthers by several months - July, 1966 against October, 1966. Lee did change the name of his character to Black Leopard but no-one liked the change so it was changed back.

Of course great to see militant people of colour when what we are used to seeing on our steelbooks and on our posters etc. is the same ol' militant white people:-

Etc. . . .

Strangely enough not everyone is happy and it's not unknown for famous posters to be doctored in the Far East:-

Ryan Meinerding concept art in big:-

If someone is to make a lenticular slip for this steelbook they could do a lot worse than use this new and interestingly different Mondo poster by Denys Cowan as inspiration:-

Saw the movie the day it came out, thought it was good but wouldn't say it's in my top 5 MCU movies, kinda feel like I wouldn't be in a rush to watch it again.. the only other MCU film (other than Incredible Hulk) was Doctor Strange which I still haven't rewatched since its release.

I'm reading alot of reviews saying Killmonger is the best Marvel villain since Loki, I like Michael B.Jordan but didn't really think he was anything special. I got to thinking about why Loki is the best villain they've had and I think it's because he's been in several movies, he had already been established in Thor before his major villain role in Avengers.. they should do this more with MCU villains.

I felt like most Marvel villains Killmonger suffered by hardly having any character development/screen time, especially the time between him reaching Wakanda and the end of the film which felt extremely condensed. I'm slightly wavering on the initial 6/10 I gave it, feel that may have been slightly harsh. If time allows I'd definitely like to go and see it again before the bluray release

Should be similar to the North American release.

Actually like that, it'll do nicely until the Blufans version is released

Not sure i'm digging the brushed metal look and the minimal amout of actual art, seems like a literal "waste of space". Blufans all the way.
