I was surprised by how good Black Swan was since films about ballet don't normally peak my interest. What are the chances of this selling out any time soon? The artwork is awesome, but it's not one I'd rebuy in steel unless it was for a bargain price.

I wouldn't say the film is really about ballet, though. I got a massive Repulsion vibe off of it, actually.

I couldn't say how fast it will sell out, as both the film and the artwork have divided opinion. Bit of a crap-shoot, really. I don't think its price is going to skyrocket over the next few months, however, if that puts your mind at anymore ease...

I suspect most of the value will be in the steel rather than the disc. If it sells out then I doubt you'd pick up an empty one for much less.

I've got this on preorder also , the movie is fantastic and the artwork looks brilliant. I'll be selling my amary copy with slip cover to pay towards this , I don't think I've even opened it lol.

Great movie and I love the artwork. I have yet to actually receive anything from Zavvi, but this will be another preorder after Taxi Driver.

Yeah, I was hoping there would be a release that used that artwork, steelbook or not. And whoever designed this steelbook chose the best combination. Not a fan of the inside art, 'tho, but that's a very minor concern.

i dislike too much, it seems like a crayon drawing of a kid, in a magnificent film...
the inside looks nice, but the outside.... dreadful..

The basic design is pretty much final I think, but Zavvi are still displaying two slightly different versions of the front cover. It would nice to get some confirmation as to which will the final cover.
