Sent my damaged copy back on the 9th of Dec and still not been 'processed through their warehouse' so still haven't had a replacement......Joke of a company!
Why didn't you send it back and request a full refund, and place a new order given it's still in-stock? That's what I always try to do if I get something damaged. Cuts out the waiting time and possible chances of them running out of stock in the meantime. Sometimes it can even work out better as the in-stock discount code will work when a pre-order one didn't, etc.

Never had to replace a steel and used to other companies who deal with stuff straight away, I've just told them to refund it now anyway, completely over it now.

Still waiting on my copy. Contacted Zavvi about not receiving it yet. They gave me the option of refund/replacement. Went for replacement. Then today got an email, having problems issuing a replacement, :sweat::angry:.
