it was 19.99 in hmv newcastle,they had about 5 left. its a nice steel, kept looking and picking up. thought nah wont get it then when i was home i changed me mind.might well pop back tomorrow

Just got mine from Zavvi, really fast delivery :O wasnt expecting it untill sometime next week. Came in a cardboard envelope, but it wasnt damaged in any way. It looks really good I'm very pleased.

I have both the UK and the USA versions

The USA Steelbook Blu-ray is lot better than any UK Release for extras if extras are important to you
But the UK Steelbooks are better looking for Artwork

Are these new UK discs the same as earlier UK releases, or did those match the US counterpart?

The New UK Steelbook contents is the exact same as the previous UK release

UK steelbook don't have the exclusive USA extras

i just ordered mine from fox direct for 17.99 as i wont get to go to hmv for a while. i get the feeling this might go like the play.com version and go oop before you know it and then its stupid ebay prices again

Although this will undoubtedly prove to be a popular release and like all things limited, it will eventually go out of print, it's unlikely to have the same scarcity value as the previous release, which was a play.com exclusive.

The new release has a wider availability and is also being released in Italy and Korea.

That said, you were right to go for it and I speak as someone who already owns the play.com release. It looks a beautiful steelbook and is a 2 blu-ray disc set, whereas the earlier release was a single blu-ray plus DVD combo.

I have my copy on order from amazon.it where it retails for only Eur 16.03, about £5.50 cheaper than amazon.co.uk!
