It's now a Warner release no longer paramount its region free
Not that would bother me as I have both a seperate region A and region B blu ray player so I'm always covered to play when region locked
If your into extras as a reason to decide note the USA release has much better extras
Personally myself what extras you get in different releases always will go for best extras after best picture quality and also been a Steelbook even better
If your not into extras I can understand but with me it's always the extras that count
I've got some blu rays were the extras are better than the film itself
So each person is different of course and what makes them happy what counts

Love this f@#king film! Whats up with that huge black paint between Mel's head and the blu banner.

.

Seeing as you didn't return to the thread as promised to confirm or refute your earlier assertion that this will be region free as it's a Warners distribution - it isn't.
This is Region A Locked on both discs.

As in 99.9 % of all steelbook releases that are catalogue titles , they are only looking for a new marketing gimmick to shift the huge pile of already printed discs they have stacked up in their warehouses. The discs in this set are the original Paramount Region Locked discs.

Worth noting for those in Europe thinking of getting this set who don't have a multi-region or Region A and Region B set Blu-ray player.
