Plus my upset is more visible on the back too.

Unsealed with a couple of really nasty looking scratches on the back? No. Get your replacement sorted immediately, that is unacceptable.

Of course it was sealed but when I removed the backing there were two nasty scratches on the back the one at the bottom is really bad as it's removed all the ink and runs along the bottom of the case. Not impressed.

Oh I have received unsealed Steelbooks from HMV before so I assumed it was the case. I would sort out a replacement as soon as possible. You never know how long a HMV exclusive will stick around for. Sometimes it's months or years, other times it's just a couple of weeks. This is too nice to risk it in my opinion.

Well my 2 turned up today both dented That's 5 out of 5 received damaged from HMV in the last week. Their quality control has gone right down the pan recently.

On top of which, they're claiming one of the damaged steels I sent back was never received into their warehouse - so anybody sending stuff back to them - make sure it's recorded!

I'm glad I skipped on this, the back & interior are too plain (nothing special with this release), I find the pop-up slipcover more attractive.

The steel is quite nice, nice feel, actually feels like metal which I like. Some steelz dont feel like steelz but plastic!
