There were about 6-7 copies in HMV Piccadilly Circus yesterday afternoon.
All were resealed in protective sleeves. Though the way they were done just made me put them back on the shelves EEK!

Yesterday, I've made a trip in UK.
I've visited two HMV stores (Folkestone and Ashford).
One store with unsealed and resealed Steelbook (Ashford).
And one store with sealed Steelbook (Folkestone) but a f.... banner to say "replacement disc available at the cashier"

Got one today from my local HMV. Had been opened and resealed to get the replacement disc in. However, there is a small scratch where the paint comes away at the back :( Any advice guys?

I'm really glad I got mine of HMV.com before all this happened. I'm just going to keep mine sealed. I hadn't planned on doing that but seeing how so many stores are opening them up and putting the new discs in the value of a factory sealed one will probably triple over time.

Has anybody who bought from HMV online received a replacement disc yet?

The stores all seem stocked with the replacement, but I haven't even had an email advising of any recall or problem. Maybe you have to ring them up to request one?

They should be automatically sending a replacement disc to eveyone who ordered online. No sign of mine yet though and I don't believe anyone else has got one either.

Another fiasco involving HMV and steelbooks? Why am I not surprised?

Makes you wonder how the hell they get exclusives on some steelbooks.

They are an absolute disgrace and amateurish at the very best.

each to there own mate, i might be one of the only people who thinks the expendables is pure garbage so swings and roundabouts lol.:D

That makes two of us Deuce, I didn't care for The Expenables either!:p I thought Cabin in The Woods was a decent film, the twist at the end makes it one of the more original horror/comedy films around. The Steelbook is very nice too!:)
