Never sending any HMV returns back unrecorded again!

So, as it seems the replacement disk is on it's way. Problem is I never recieved the actual steelbook. Made a claim towards HMV asking for a replacement. Got a email today, saying they will refound me £18.50!

Looks like I will end up with a replacement disc and no steelbook!

Sorry I shouldn't laugh at your misfortune. It just highlights their ****** customer service. You'd think that by preordering an item you were dead certain to receive a copy. Obviously this is not the case with HMV. I thought things like that only happened to me!

It hasn't been released by HMV in Ireland yet. Either Steelbook or Amaray case. What a complete joke.

P.S. You never know, it may turn up late and you will have gotten it for free

HMV sent me an email saying that my disc had been sent. However I have returned the steelbook and asked for a refund cause it was damaged. Will I have to send the disc back or can I throw it in the bin (I mean keep it ) ?

I got my replacement disc yesterday but still no steelbook, did you email them or ring up to tell them it hadn't arrived as i emailed them and they are asking to sign a form etc so they can make a claim to royal mail, i am still not convinced they actually posted it even though i received a despatched confirmation email on the 24/09/12.

Received my replacement today also. Arrived in a little jiffy with not much protection at all. It's looks perfect though. Can't wait to watch this again!
