Decided to write them an email as I still didn't get any refund,got back an email that the message hasn't been delivered so I wrote them on Facebook.. I really hope there will be no problem to get the refund
Same here,usually I'm very patient,but when I don't even get an email that it has been canceled and their site isn't up it makes me pretty worried so I rather contact them then wait for them to contact meI paid via PayPal, which always goes out of their way to accommodate the buyer. I'm sure I'll get my money back but would rather get it sooner rather than later.

yeah, I've the same question. I'll give them some time to sort things out (I'll hope they get over this fiasco and continue to produce great editions), but won't wait forever.

I tried to contact them at support.steelarchive.de, is that the correct email address or is there an other one I should try?After a stressful day and I was going to wait until friday (- but I quit smoking tobacco last week after 16 years so nothing to calm me down at the moment lol) I decided to email them earlier. But no reply yet so I honestly hope there is nothing wrong. Funny because the night I ordered and I messaged them to make sure my order went through I got a reply within minutes
But PayPal are great and will sort this out so I'll be contacting PayPal tomorrow. My patience is wearing thin now and especially coming on here to read you lot are in the same position and @steelbookz4eva got a undelivered message - which is a bit fishy. I never got that so not sure what happened to you there mate but it don't sound good

So long as no arguments erupt again, then the thread will more than likely stay open until the situation regarding refunds is resolved.I also hope the mods don't lock this thread - I know they won't but just saying
