We have taken your comments about the artwork onboard and have decided to submit an alternative artwork to Disney/Marvel which takes your opinions into account. If this artwork is approved we will go ahead with this and hope our customers and fans will be happy. Below is a sample of the artwork and hope it meets your expectations."

I just received the Civil War steelbook from Zavvi and I'm sorry, I know we all have different tastes and that but Blufans version will wipe the floor with it.
Even the mock up image looks better. The WWA is just so dull.

To be honest it shouldn't be a surprise any more. Pretty much every WWA disney release sucks so bad now. I just buy amarays of disney releases until the BluFans release comes out.
I usually quite like the WWA Marvel steels have had recently, but this is the firsts one I was highly disappointed with.

Same, I really hate that the official posters stay on the back or are not even used in the steelbook design. I would hope they release in order of announcement i.e it should be Star Wars TFA next then all the octobers ones (with a delay of a month or several of course)
I think I might even sack novas marvel choice range off now.
Will be hard and I still have loads of time to decide but for the same price you get a better WEA edition with the same strength of lenti and detail on a full slip.
Saying that this is my least favourite of the current blu fans WEA announcements. But it's growing on me

Received Age of Ultron from blufans today and its left me shocked and stunned in the most wonderful way!

Blufans generally use the official poster artwork for their steelbook covers, atleast on the Marvel line.. check out GOTG, Thor Dark World, Ant Man, CA:WS and A:AOU for reference. Thats what they're using on the back of this steelbook and the more fleshed out version with other characters on the inside artwork. I for one prefer this artwork over the image they're using on the back as that one is a bit dull tbh.
The Thor Dark World cover used for the steelbook isn't the official poster artwork. In fact, Zavvi used a photoshoped version of the official poster, Blufans just used that common Thor image
Okay, show us this better artwork which isn't already being used in some form on this steelbook ?
There's some choices but not many that wouldn't be ruined by either cropping or compressing the image onto steelbook to fit it all in
