I was very much looking forward to these being rereleased, as I have only recently got into collecting steelbooks. However I am left very disappointed with this design. IMO the simple design of the HMV release is far supirior for both Thor and CA. I will have to keep an eye out for them popping up in a CEX

Exactly if they were going to put the little scenes around the star they should have put them in all the way round and not leave one blank...Very poor design....

Do we know how many discs / what special features this (and the Thor SB) will include? I missed out on the HMV originals but will only upgrade my normal editions based on spec. I have the normal UK 2 disc Thor Blu Ray and the Best Buy exclusive CA Blu Ray with comic book artwork on the back. Thanks!

You know I was thinking about buying these (thor and captain), but I'm going to have to pass since there just like the amray for the most part. Need to cut down the steelbook ordering, theres just way too much coming out. I perfer to stick to original artwork only.

I think it looks great. I don't understand the single blank (blue) area in the star on the back. Looks sorta incomplete if you ask me. Did they run out of images?

Anyway, I don't have a Capt Am steel and if this was the original that came out back in the day, it would have sold out just the same. And guess what folks, this will sell out too. Captain America 2: Winter Soldier is coming out soon and people will go hunting for blu rays when they watch #2.

I am in for this without any hesitations.

Looks good-I have the 1st one, but this one is cool to me, specifically because it has more on the front cover. But, to each their own...I hope they do some debossing or embossing of the title....
