Why? Prices are fine. Delivery charge is fine. Delivery is fine. What alternative is actually competitive? (Most are equal if not more)
4K editions cost much more and I am not wasting my money on non premium regular Blu-ray releases anymore unless they a must have and personally I dont see many must haves from zavvi that you cant already get from Amazon Europe for half the price.

Well, youre talking about premium exceptions. Of course, we all go that way. I'm talking about the instances of Zavvi having things that are singular (granted, that happens less and less - since many "premiums" buy up these and stick them in their slips).
But, there have been quite few times when the zavvi option works for people. What if you want Avengers: IW in a 3D steelbook and don't wanna get the blufans? Nobody complained about the Zavvi Ex Machina - in fact it was on the short list for "best steelbook of the year".
I'm not a zavvi cheerleader, but I have never had any issues with what they do. (And I'm sure I have at least 100 from them without incident).
When Some movies just don't deserve red carpet blufans treatment at premium price - a zavvi is just fine.
Now, if you wanna go after Pop Art and bad Steelbook designs, I'm your Huckleberry.:naughty:

Anyone looking to have these movies in 4K i would advise you to wait and not buy these as they will be out in 4K very soon and will no doubt get another line of steels.

Why doesn't there listing say whether it is blu ray or 4k???
It's Blu-ray

Zavvi don't list Blu-ray most times in steelbook listings unless it includes 2D/3D or 2D/4K UHD

Look at other steelbook listings on their website that are Blu-ray only it dont list Blu-ray in the title listing

I was surprised the other day to see Zavvi on twitter and steelbook new website mention 4K

Paramount/Disney USA and UK not done 4K UHD yet for Iron Man trilogy Films or Captain America trilogy films so it's not surprising these steelbooks ended up not been 4K

Germany done a release of Iron man trilogy in 4K but that was Concorde Video and was not a Paramount or Disney release

Unassailable business logic to put these out @£40 quid considering the originally well-priced Italian steelbooks from almost exactly a year ago are sold out and are today priced @60 Euros each on the Amazon market place for example.
What I think about the £40 pricing is unprintable . . . and even though I fancy these I will not be pressing the pre-order button sadly.
Would however have ordered without hesitation @£29.99 each.

why the **** are they releasing this **** i mean you can pick these movies up in my ce x for 2 pound each rip off
Price yes is high should be IMO £22.99 to max £29.99

These trilogy steelbooks was released in Italy in november 2017 and sold out soon after release date

These will sell out eventually but more likely after a price drop

Iron Man steelbooks always sell well
