I actually like the artwork! The filme however remains to be seen!

Highly recommend it. One of the best films I've seen - suspense from start till end!

Not seen the film yet but it's definitely on my 'to watch' list. Might pressure some others to get to see it sometime this week as it's one of the ones I kinda mind if I miss - luckily I've not missed most films except Alpha Papa and Gangs Of Wasseypur, and this of course. I like Greengrass and Hanks though so I reckon I'd love this, plus I wanted a bit more from A Highjacking - which was good but this could be better.

I like the design, and I hope they put the Somali ship approaching on the reverse. Inside I reckon it will either be the close-up of Hanks from the trailer or the pirate captain.

I like the artwork. Would have been better if the pirate ship was on the lower half, though. An amazing film btw, for anybody that hasn't seen it.
A must buy for me

Speaks for itself, when this artwork looks right at home on the cover of Ships Monthly.

If the Somali ship is shown to be in pursuit on the wraparound rear artwork, that would be a small plus point though.

Yeah I agree; perhaps with some embossing, but I would rather get the amaray

I'm in the minority because I love it ! They didn't go for the obvious choice (Tom Hanks' face), they went for some original art not used for promotion, and I like that.

Most people are thrilled by Le Grand Bleu's art (which also features the sea)... well, if this Captain Phillips steel is glossy (it's like a 15% chance, but still), I bet it would be equally amazing.

If we have the pirates chasing the boat on the back, that would make this art a very wise choice, and I like when there's coherence in the art choice, a proof that some thought was put into it .

Now available to pre-order at all of the main sites, Sainsbury's are the cheapest as usual at £19.99 but another joke price from Amazon at £21.37. The Zavvi listing still states £27.99 but I guess that is the placeholder price and if will come down. Hopefully Zavvi will sell it at £17.49 like they have with Elysium and White House Down.
