last night I had a discussion with a smart @ss over BB he was absolutely sure that case does not exsit and since he were working for over a year on that department he know itc all, wtf?!!!

went to onther store this pal will give me it only if I purchase the game, no go.

third store a young lady, "sure you can get alone" got 2 but unwraped and 2 or 3 little scratches for $7.99 good deal

I am lucky a friend got one mint for me. It is a disaster, what BB did with those open cases. Bad for real Collectors

same, sadly mine had some minor dents & scuff marks. not sure if anything can be done about those.

they all had no plastic in store, and were all scuffed on back. lame. My store had plenty like that a couple weeks ago, they said they were going to hold them and use them for pre-order bonus for Cars 2 blu-ray whenever that happens. lol.

I've seen several in various stores, as well, but all were scratched/ scuffed in some way.
