man what a joke, they merged my rewards account that used to be at visaextras.com to their own reward program.
I used to get $100 AMZ gift cards for like 40,000 points. So I was RIGHT at getting another $100 when they merged ... Chase tells me nothing will change and it will be better.
So I log in to get my $100 from this new program ...
I only have enough points now to get almost $75!!!! What a rip!
And the site was coded so stupid ... they had a $25 denomination and $50.
It would cost me MORE points to get the $50 than it would to order (2) $25's. Idiots, before you benefitted to hold on to your points to get the bigger denominations ... hence me holding on for a $100.
So yeah I got (2) $25's instead and sent them a ridiculing message.
