Chuck Season 1 - 5 Complete Series[USA]

It looks like there will be a complete series release on blu-ray for the TV show "Chuck".

BestBuy USA is listing all 5 seasons together slated for a May 8th release:

The price is way too high at the moment but it would be awesome if there was a complete series release for this show as I loved this show. While the last half of season 4 and beginning of season 5 was kind of lame but they finished strong IMO and gave us a solid 4 and half years.


If any of you have seen the box set for the complete series of "The OC" which was Josh Schwartz last TV show before "Chuck" then this box set should be pretty awesome as well.

yah I dunno what thats all about. Usually Canada and USA have the same release dates. Im thinking it will update closer to May on the Amazon page and it will indeed be a May release for Canada as well, but, you never know.

That stinks but at the same time it's good news for my wallet I took a look at the OC set mentioned earlier and something like that would be pretty cool. I already have seasons 1-3 and preordered 5 so I'm not sure if I could make myself double dip but it's Chuck!

I think that was pretty much it BC. Its just the five individual seasons bundled together. No special packaging or content or anything really. Which really sucks for the fans of the series. Its really disappointing to say the least.

If I think about it Im pretty much disappointed with either no release or ****** release for all the shows I would buy on bluray. All TV content that I like is disappointment when it comes to blu so far with the exception of the awesome complete series collection for Lost and Rome.

Can somebody in the USA do us a favour and if they happen to swing by a Best Buy on tuesday for some steels or anything maybe just quickly check out this season 1 - 5 Chuck thing is indeed a dreaded re-package of the 5 individual seasons together instead of some kind of special edition complete series box set.

So sad Chuck didn't get a proper complete series set.

^^^ Im suspecting the same. They know Chuck fans were die hard so they will probable do another release with special edition box set later. Im fairly optimistic that it will happen for this series at some point. I have asked a friend in the US to get us a picture of this release at Best Buy to confirm that it is indeed just 5 seasons packaged together and nothing special.
