Wow what a film. Absolutely loved this. The cinematography and visuals are just stunning and every actor delivers. The photograph stills throughout were chefs kiss. I really don’t want Alex Garland to stop making films. 4 for 4 imo. This and Poor things are my favourites of the year so far

The score blended with those few songs were incredible but yeah the sound mix in general. Very rewarding

For all who enjoyed this and wouldn't mind a recommendation for a film with similar characters and topics; as blisteringly relevant today as it was 40 years ago. Humanities lack of humanity hasn't really changed.

Ps: James Woods, John Savage & Jim Belushi (a revelation, yes, really! ) have never been better. Incredible film.

That is a much, much better film, and of its time.

I like this one. Nice and glossy. Love the back alot.
But. I like embossing better. Sticking with the UK release for now.
Bet some mad collector might switch the back of this release and put it together with the front of the UK version.

Sounds like something I've done before lol the UK release probably won't be glossy though, so that'll spoil it.

Do you have the green knight uk steel? It'd expect the uk civil war to be very much the same in terms of finish. The embossing is nice, but the paint is bland.

Missed out on that one. To be honest, I watched the film once and always meant to go back to it for another go around as it didn't convince the first time. I've seen pictures of the steel finish but not in hand.

I live in France and it's a horror how they don't take care about the protection of steelbooks In Fnac.

I Saw a looooooooot of Civil War steelbooks in my Fnac today and i could see a lot of Scratches through the blister, ALL OF THEM, NO EXCEPTION. Just.. no words..
