Hello ninjas,

Some great SteelBooks were released in 2017. As it's customary, it's time to share your favorites in the SteelBook collectibles category for 2017 in our 7th annual member vote for Best Overall SteelBook Package

After the nomination period ends on January 12, 2018, the individual voting poll threads for each category will be opened after we tally the nominations by category, and you will be able to vote until January 31, 2018. The winners will be announced early February.

2017 Special community opportunity: Everyone who participates and posts their nominations is eligible to win our brand new variant HDN Community collectors challenge coin. 1 winner will be randomly selected for each of our nomination threads It is brushed bear metal, and currently only available via rewards and contests. For nomination regarding Best Fullslip edition, you may want to look at the Proper Nomination thread posted in the OP.

Are you sure about that? It says, "Best Overall SteelBook Package includes extras i.e. cards etc". Premium and special edition SteelBooks include "extras i.e. Cards etc". I thought this was the "Best Overall SteelBook Package" meaning the best overall combination of SteelBook, possibly box and/or slip/s, and extras. It's not called the "Best Overall SteelBook Boxset".

You might be right, I just went with all the ones who voted for Boxset and assumed, might be my bad it may be boxset and Fullslip including the content @digitalbabe can you confirm this please, it would be appreciated

@Actarus - see my comment just above. I understand your reason for confusion. It actually does not separate boxsets from individual editions. I am not a fan of this decision.

Last year, The Revenant Manta Lab Leather Full Slip won for best overall steelbook package (a single edition).

Personally I believe boxsets should definitely be separate from individuals.

Appropriately outrageous color palette for an outrageous movie
Front and back lenti provide lots to look at with all the main characters well represented
Steelbook is top shelf with exciting artwork and full gloss finish/embossing.

Doctor Strange - Single Lenticular - Blufans
Lenticular has great immediate presence
Strikingly attractive front cover of the steelbook. Excellent inside artwork
Overall presentation feels top game and leaves me wanting nothing more

Wonder Woman - Double Lenticular - HDZeta
Excellent front and back lenticular. Fantastic steelbook.
Great overall presentation for this film with HDZeta's signature really nice luxurious red envelope with goodies
