Below is an image from the spreadsheet I've been using to calculate all the totals.
I've laid everything out bare so everyone can see what they are paying.
I've done my best to keep costs as low as possible, delivery from London added to the expense but overall I think things have gone pretty smooth!
Fees were calculated using the following formula:
=AE3+AF3+AM9
This takes AE3 which multiplies the item number by my £1 item fee, then adds AF3 which multiplies the items number by the £0.62 ($1) HDN item fee and finishes by applying the HDN GB fee which is $10 divided by all 31 GB members.
London postage fee was calculated by adding up all my friends expenses (Postage, Packing, Travel) and then splitting that between ONLY the people that had purchased a copy of War Horse.
My personal fees were calculated via my expenses (Packing, Parking, Travel) split between all members of the GB.
I had also calculated the Paypal fees using the formula =((N3/100)*3.4)+0.2 but I've decided not to use this and to simply allow the buyer to pay the fees as calculated by Paypal.
Hope all this makes sense.
