Kevin dont forget me, I am the 21th, you can see my request in second page of this thread.

Thank you for all.

I understand you guys' lack of patience, I do. But I'm thinking if there was an update to give, just like with EVERY OTHER thread, they'll post it as soon as it's available. You guys are going to push this to the point where these people are no longer going to want to make Blufans steelbooks available to us. Think about if you were their (Blufans') contact and had to read all these posts...would you want to continue to take the time out of your day after working, raising kids, etc. to keep going out of your way to help people that gripe when something takes a little longer than usual? I wouldn't...

You missed the point entirely. Is it normal to expect a product to take months after a release date to reach the customer? Not at all.

Is it acceptable that these blufans releases continue to take (on average) 4-6 months, sometimes even longer.. to reach HDN members when BF themselves expect all payments for their group buys to be received before the release of their steelbooks in their native country? NO.

Is it at all professional and courteous to take a 5 week vacation when hundreds of PAYING customers are still waiting for their orders to even ship out to them? No it's not & you wouldn't accept it from any other business.

I'm not bothered how many toes I step on with this post....I strongly believe a lot of people around here need to take off those rose tinted glasses for a few minutes and look at it from a pure consumers perspective.

Blufans earn thousands of dollars from orders placed here by HDN members for pretty much every group buy that they host (I'd guess that orders by HDN members far outnumber those by native blufans members). We are loyal customers and should be treated with respect and courtesy but from what I've seen that is not the case.

Personally I wouldn't dream of taking a vacation when I have hundreds of people waiting for steelbooks. I also don't think that it's any excuse to completely ignore our questions and concerns for over a month.

In my opinion, they have been doing this long enough that their service should be so much faster and more professional than it is. Don't get me wrong, I love these releases as much as anyone but I'm sick to death of people just accepting a second rate service because it blufans and their releases are pretty.

You should know It is not my job for doing this! And I am not making money on the group buys here so far. In fact I am losing money on the WIR group buy. From now on, you can buy your stuffs at EB there and I am sure it is more customer service friendly to you!

oOo where to start eh?

Firstly i understand people's frustration regarding the delays...but anyone who's joined a Blufans (BF) GB before should know what BF's are like. For those that don't, BluFans is run by one person so delays are inevitable especially when life gets in his way of his business.

I'm not saying its ok, but clearly those loyal to BF ACCEPT that there will bound to be delays, but its OK as they know they will get a quality end product and usually World Exclusive Art and extras.

With regards to Bluraysteel aka Kevin - he has a family and a fulltime job so in his free time he tries to help HDN by selling copies here to members unable to get a copy, knowing full well BF's only deliver within China.

So next time please get off your high horse CC and stop being so bloody ungrateful and there is no need to start taking pot shots at Kevin wanting to go on a family holiday! It just happened to coincide a busy GB period.

Simply put, your copies may be delayed but they're safe. I will chat to Kev to update the threads more to ease any worries people have.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Well, I probably could but your post will do for the most part! :p

Kevin and the other GB hosts are a huge credit to this forum and do everything for us in their own time and sometimes at expense to themselves. So it does surprise me when people, especially those who have also hosted a GB or two, have a pop at others for not being there every second of the day to tend to them.

The way I see it, what's the real hurry? End result with every BF release has been that we get a copy and are normally very happy with the product. Everyone involved in the BF GBs are doing the best they can at that time and it's just advisable to have a little patience while it all gets sorted for us. But most folks who complain know this already, right?

Aint no rose tinted glasses here. Goddamn hippies!
