You should know It is not my job for doing this! And I am not making money on the group buys here so far. In fact I am losing money on the WIR group buy. From now on, you can buy your stuffs at EB there and I am sure it is more customer service friendly to you!

I never said you were getting paid. I have no idea who is in charge of blufans steelbook releases in China but they must see the money that is generated through users of this forum. It would make sense to try and offer us a better service after all this time.

I did not mean to offend you personally...if this really is a case of one man (you) responsible for thousands of steelbook orders then I will be the first to admit I was wrong. You have to understand my perspective as a customer though. It is very frustrating at times to have to wait so long after paying without a single update.

If I crossed a line...I am sorry Kevin. Like I said before I love these releases as much as anyone. I think maybe I just find these delays harder to accept than others but to brand me as unloyal..or a hater for simply venting a few frustrations & blacklisting me from future group buys is a tad bit extreme though.

From my perspective, I have seen a person who is not appreciated the efforts and times I put into it. Beside than myself, Blufans is not nearly 1% big as Zavvi. However Blufans is trying its best to bring the true collector's item with a limited resources. Talking about delay, the reasons I have mentioned many times before.
Some of them are from studios and some from manufactors, but none of them are purposely done by Blufans. From the experience, you indeed need some patience before considering joining any Blufans group buys here. And if you have any questions, you can simply send me a PM (which linked to my phone 24/7 ) instead of venting your angers aimlessly that is not helping everyone, especially yourself! I am not going to blacklist you. no need to worry about that now.
