We find Luke living in the Degobah system as a hermit, ala Yoda. While the force permiates everything and flows thru Luke, it is in the Degobah system that the force is felt the strongest.
Leia, herself filled with the force, is now a full fledge Jedi. Knowing of Lukes seclusion, and being weary of the dark side someday returning, Leia has a camp to train 'Fighters of Light"; a spin off of the now defunct Rebellion. she does this job not only to keep up numbers of trained defenders of freedom, but to seek out those worthy of Jedi training. she does this with Han right by her side. Han's main function at the academy is helping cadets learn how to think beyond the box. Be practical, yet beyond conventional wisdom.
Han and Leia have 2 children, a boy and a girl. Their names Anekin and Padme' and they are twins.
Chewy lives on Endor and enjoys life on his home planet. In retirement, with a family.
Premise: While on Degobah luke takes his solitude at the one peaceful and serine location deep within the heart of the planet. Waterfalls, blueish orange skyscape, overgrown with lush plants and trees. One day while meditating Luke looks up to see part of the skyscape turning a dark navy. Not overtaking the scene, but cropping up enough to notice. This signifies to Luke that something is amiss in the Universe.
He leaves Degobah and heads to 'New Alderon', a dead planet refurbished and brought to life by Jedi science; a project led in the past by Leia. It is on 'New Alderon' where Leia and Han have their camp.
They join forces and head to Endor to pick up Chewy. Anekin and Padme' stay behind to run the camp.
While on endor Luke takes a moment at the spot where his father was cremated. He is joined their by Leia and they share a moment of reflection.
Our trio head to Tatooine where a former cadet of Han and Leia, Kyler, is running his own military training camp. His cadets are called 'Troopers'. Upon inspection it is learned that
Kyler has some issues with Anekin over Padme', being that Anekin kept them apart sensing something errant with Kyler at the camp on New Alderon. Kylers issue has spawned into a deep seeded hatred that he tries to hide, and is successful with everyone he's deceiving except Han, who doesnt understand how Leia and Luke cannot 'see what he sees'.
Kyler tells them he's building his fighting force in preparation of the Dark Side's returning, which he believes is taking place in Bespin, the city in the clouds. Knowing Lando lives their our trio finds it hard to believe.
They arrive at Bespin to find Lando missing. The city now being run by someone going by the name of Lord Quell, who sidesteps questions stating he was Lando's right hand man and when he went missing he simply took over. Facts, however, don't check out as our team discovers Lando was sent to Hoth as bannishment by Lord Quell, who stole the city. With no resources, and broken down equipment from the empires previous takeover, Lando could not send word. Working feverishly to restore communications, he finally gets a signal to New Alderon and the Jedi camp, where Padme' gets the message he's in trouble. She gets with Anekin, who heads off to rescure Lando. Passing Bespin, Anekin witnesses an anomoly in the sky, as the new Death Star comes out of its cloaking device. Anekin sneaks thru unnoticed due to decloaking minimizing its airspace control.
Arriving at Hoth, Anekin learns Kyler sent them into a trap, with Lando the unwitting accomplice. Kyler shows up with members of his fighting force and strands Luke, Leia, Han and Chewy on Hoth with Lando. He does this in order to take over the galaxy with Lord Quell and restore order and compliance in the universe. His next act is to take on New Alderon and abduct Padme'. Kyler leaves and shortly after Anekin arrives telling our heroes not only about the Death Star, but that he sences Padme' might be in trouble. They tell him of Kylers evil plan and they board Kylers ship and head for New Alderon to stop him.
Kyler deceives Padme' saying Han, Leia, Luke and Anekin are on Bespin and want her to join them for a ceremony. His true intent to take her as his wife with or without her consent because 'he loves her' and wants her to bear his offspring. She decides to stay so Kyler drugs her and takes her to the Death Star next to Bespin.
Luke and the gang arrive at New Alderon to discover Padme' gone. Next in charge, Dylan, mentions Kyler was there and she must have left with him. They know whats up , get a team of Jedi together, board the Falcon and head to Bespin/Death Star to rescue her.
Thanks to Luke and Leia submitting mind tricks to the Bespin crew they are allowed to land and park in one of the hangers. Lando, with the help of the Jedi team, retakes Bespin. Learning of this turn of events, Kyler and Quell move the Death Star away from Bespin for a safe distance to test their death ray, hoping to wipe it off the face of the galaxy and destroy any remnants of the Jedi ever coming back. Once done here, their plan is to destroy New Alderon.
Our group shuttles to the Death Star. Anekin breaks off from the team as he 'knows where Padme' is' and goes to rescue her. Which he does fighting Empire scum all the way. He gives Padme' her lightsaber and they rush to rejoin the group. Luke also takes off on his own to find Quell, the mastermind and new Emporor. Han, Leia, Chewy and Lando fight with the new empires cadets. They retreat as they're losing the battle. Leia senses Luke has temporarily deactivated the death ray so they board the shuttle and retreat, with Padme', to Bespin. Kyler is ready to destroy them but knows he would kill Padme' so lets them make it to the city in the clouds. Kyler takes a team to take them on hand to hand and 'win' back Padme'.
Lando rallys his loyal followers and they take on Kyler and his forces.
Unbeknownst to everyone, Dylan has been enroute with the entire Jedi force to assist in taking down the Empire's last gasp at existance. They arrive just in time, fighting emperial fighters, while also landing on Bespin to join that fight.
Luke and Quell do battles of wits and light sabers as Kyler and Anekin face off on Bespin. Anikin, like his namesake, loses his hand in the fight and Kyler flees to recapture Padme'. Sensing Anekin in need, Padme' stumbles on the scene and draws her sabre on Kyler.
Quell believes he is winning the battle of Jedi wits with Luke. Quell, much older and learned than Luke, has the upper hand and perverts Luke's mind, he believes, to restore the death ray and destroy Bespin and the entire Jedi group.
Luke, seemingly under the Emporors control, restores the Death Ray and rejoins the new Emporor, Quell.
Told to show his alligence Luke is ordered to destroy Bespin. He walks to the death ray control, and turns it on. He looks at Quell, smiles and says 'It's over'. Pushing the button the Death Star implodes killing all on board, including Luke who sacrified his life for the Good side of the force. Knowing her uncle Luke has been killed, Padme' becomes angry in her fight with Kyler and cuts him down taking off a leg. Standing over him she composes herself, shuts down her lightsaber, and turns to leave. Kyler uses the force to rise up glides toward Padme' with his saber still on and ready to strike. Han, Leia and Chewy shows up and Han nails him with his blaster. Looking at the gun Han says "There just is no substitute for this". Padme' runs to him, they find Anekin and return to New Alderon.
On the way they stop by Degobah in honor of Luke, and find Lukes spirit there where he tells her the passage of life never ends, and just as they were united in flesh, they will be united once again in spirit.
