Slightly different approach, getting ready for box preparation so can be sent quickly on receipt.

Finally some shipping, hopefully will get more soon.

Some serious dispatching going on, but then I'm away for 2 weeks.

From past experience it is probable there will be Customs charges guestimated at £2.00 per item (that's Customs not postage) and they will be added into the postage charge so hopefully just the one invoice. So that's getting on for an extra £400 which I need funding for and that's why it's added to the postage. (These are based on the Jack Reacher Blufans GB however this GB is about 4 times the size so there may be Duty as well as VAT.)

Minimum is 2nd Class Signed For, although let me know if you want Special Delivery due to the value of the items, limit on compensation for Signed For is £50. I know we are not talking very much here but nonetheless there are rules as for any GB.

THE RULES:

This bit is very important. Due to the sheer volume and the relatively small amount involved I am relying on everyone to pay their invoices promptly and within 48 hours latest please. ANY NON PAYERS WILL BE ADVISED TO bluraysteel IMMEDIATELY, NO REMINDERS, AND WILL GO ON MY PERSONAL BLACKLIST. If there is going to be a problem or you are going to be away (I do realise that school holidays are on us once more), please let me know by posting in the thread NOW and I will invoice separately, do not pm me. I will be staggering invoices over a period of days once I am aware how much these weigh and their size.

Can everyone in my Hub please ensure that their Paypal addresses are correct and up to date. If there is no address then there is nowhere I can send it, your payment will just be returned. Simples. If it's coming from your Wife/Girlfriend/Husband/Boyfriend/Granny's account (ie not you) then the package will be addressed to them not you. That's Paypal's rules not mine.

Finally depending on numbers size weight etc it is likely I will have to order some more boxes which may take a few days to arrive. If anyone has any suggestion for stockists could they post or PM me. Thanks.

I've put up new spreadsheets which shows those who have paid and those who haven't yet. It also shows those who haven't been invoiced yet. Sorry if they're are a bit crap but I'm on my laptop atm. Doesn't help that the version of Excel on doesn't support comments so those are yellow lines to the right; green boxes on the left are the non-payers todate or refunded payers. First, thanks for your thoughts. Secondly any non payers are referred back to Kevin (bluraysteel) as he is the GB host for this and I am just a conduit for this really no more. Therefore you would need to address him either publicly in the GB thread or privately by PM. Personally I would suggest the former as he is very busy and there is possibility he may miss a PM (sorry Kevin ). -- Dave

If it has to be a Medium Parcel then unfortunately it's going to be more expensive
