PQ is poor to average. It is one of those bit starved VC-1 encodes created for HD-DVD. I think the AVBR is just 11 Mbps and it looks awful in a projector. Riddled with artifacts like macroblocking, banding, noise reduction and a bit of artificial sharpening.

Interesting,
After I replied to you I had a peak at reviews and was reading it has decent picture and audio

The full slip is pretty disappointing (the back art has really put me off as it's basically just a still from the film and there's loads of blank space), which is a shame since that's usually what I collect. The best looking one is Lenti B IMO, which is probably what I'll go for now.

Is 'Hologram Coating' not just another term for holofoil?

Probably a shimmery orange rear cover (something like the Korean Escape From New York slip)?

This is what I thought at first but wasn't sure because surely they would just say holofoil. instead of guessing I just went and asked them. Will post it when I get a reply

I do also think it will be a glisten-y sparkle effect on the orange

They're probably thinking the term 'Holofoil' would put some people off!! :p

Seen much worse transfers of movies from the last years. Even BvS 4K looked terrible Imo (grain extravaganza)

I thought man of steel was very grainy. For me anyway

Haven't seen BvS on blu ray yet. (Waiting on Zeta for that )
But there are some awful transfers out there. Pretty much anything from studio canal

Neon demon is the finest picture I've seen on blu Ray in the last couple of months (and zootopia but that's not hard with those films)
