I use Photoshop! I grabbed an existing image of a steelbook and created my own template.

If you know how to work with layers you can create your own too but there really isn't any easy way to it when you start off....

Btw, i can share my template if you want but im afraid it might seem confusing, for someone other than me, to interpret it... i dont know...

I wouldn't know buddy, i've been using Photoshop for as long as i can remember so im not really aware of simpler softwares out there...
